Op 15 december 2009 hield mr. W.W. Geursen een voordracht tijdens het door Universiteit Groningen georganiseerde congres 'On Bits of Europe Everywhere - Overseas Possessions of the EU Member States in the Legal-Political Context of European, International and National Law'.
De voordracht had als onderwerp: 'The free movement of capital with the OCT - The case of Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles'.
